Please read these Terms and Conditions before you make a booking as you need to be aware of these important points regarding the holidays on offer and the holiday booking process. If there is anything that you do not understand, or needs clarifying, please contact us.

We, Interactive Resorts, act as an agent on behalf of disclosed principals or Holiday/Tour Operators/Hoteliers; further details of these will be made available at the time of booking. We act as retail agents for ATOL licence holding Holiday/Tour Operators; ie any accommodation showing prices with flights are operated by a Holiday/Tour Operator with an ATOL licence. Any accommodation shown without flights included in the price is run independently of ATOL.

Neither we, nor our Travel Partners, nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays make any warranties and/or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on this Site. Neither we nor our Travel Partners make any warranties and/or representations as to the nature or standard or otherwise of any services offered on or through this Site.

Neither we, nor our Travel Partners nor any other third party provider of flights or holidays accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of:

  1. your use of or reliance on any content available on or through this Site,
  2. any failure to access or delay in accessing this Site or
  3. the performance or non-performance of any services by us or by our Travel Partners or third party providers of flights or holidays.

Our liability and that of our Travel Partners shall be limited in respect of direct loss (save in the case of personal injury or death) to a maximum of the price of the product or service to which the claim relates.

If any of the above limitations and exclusions, in whole or in part, is found to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, that exclusion or part thereof shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other exclusion(s) or part(s) thereof in question.

Your Holiday Booking Conditions

Interactive Resorts act solely as a booking agent; all bookings are subject to the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier's booking conditions which will govern all aspects of your holiday. It is the responsibility of the party leader (or lead name of the group) to be aware of these conditions. You are strongly urged to read these by referring to the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier's current website or brochure for full details before a booking is made. If you would like a copy of these, you can request this in writing to us.

Group Leader (Lead Name) Responsibilities

The person who makes the booking is called the 'Group Leader' (or 'Lead Name'). It is their responsibility to act on behalf of the whole group. They are responsible for the full cost of the holiday, including any cancellations or amendment charges so therefore must have the authority from the group to pay for the holiday on their behalf. When the Group Leader books the holiday, he/she is confirming that all those travelling accept the Operator's booking Terms and Conditions. They are also required to collect all group member names and inform us of any group member requests (dietary requirements etc). We will only communicate with the Group Leader who must inform the other members of the party of any changes or amendments to the booking. It is the Group Leader's responsibility to notify us of any change to their contact details.

Group Discount

In order to benefit from group discount, the Group Leader is required to collect all payments from their group. Please note that we can collect deposit or final payment from different payment cards, but for any more than 5 cards there will be an admin charge of 5 per additional card.


The prices shown are for accommodation per person per week, are based on two people sharing a standard room (unless otherwise stated), and are displayed in UK pound Sterling. Our prices do NOT include ski carriage or equipment hire, ski insurance, ski passes, in-resort services, lunchtime food or an 'open bar' (unless otherwise clearly stated).

A small local tourist tax may be charged in resort by certain Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier’s, payable to your hosts.

The prices displayed on this site or quoted in any correspondence are indicative only and are subject to change at any time. Additional room or other supplements may apply, which you will be advised of at time of enquiry/booking.

Any relevant travel arrangements and catering included in the price is described on each accommodation page, but is subject to availability.

The prices are indicative only until we send you the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier's invoice along with our holiday invoice. The price quoted is calculated on the information that you have given, including the travel arrangements and the group make-up as described.

Please be aware that holiday prices can decrease following a confirmed booking. Holidays purchased via us are governed by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These declare that refunds, date changes or cancellations cannot be made free of charge, following a holiday booking.

Occasionally, holiday prices can increase following a booking subject to the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier's Terms and Conditions. If this does happen it is unfortunately completely beyond our control and you will be informed of any increase prior to your holiday. In certain circumstances we may apply an admin fee to a booking.

Late Ski Deal Prices

Late deal prices shown are for the cheapest room available based on the maximum occupancy of that particular room (per person per week). If flights are included in the late deal price, then these may be from any UK regional airport.

Ski Holiday Special Offers and Discounts

Special offers or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount (unless otherwise stated), are subject to availability and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Additional room or other supplements may apply.

Special offers/discounts at time of booking
Any applicable special offers/discounts that may apply to a booking must be arranged at the time of booking, and validated in the Group Leader's confirmation email. Special offers/discounts cannot be applied following booking confirmation.

Childs Ages and Prices

The price/s given for any child travelling (if applicable) varies from operator to operator, and is based on the information given to us at the time of holiday enquiry. Ages of children provided must state the age of the child on the return date of travel. Please be aware that if this information provided is incorrect the child price may well increase, even following full holiday payment.

Dietary Requirements

Special diets can often be provided, but must be discussed with our reservations staff before booking and may incur an additional charge. Dietary requests must be confirmed at time of booking and will be noted on your confirmation invoice. It is your responsibility to ensure that any special dietary requests are correctly recorded on your confirmation invoice. Failure to inform us of a specific requirement may result in the holiday operator/hotelier applying a charge in resort.

Ski Carriage

Ski carriage must be confirmed at time of booking to guarantee the limited availability that the airline has allocated.


Payment can be made by debit card although you can pay by credit card or cheque (cheques made payable to "Interactive Resorts Ltd."). Please note that there will an additional surcharge of 2.5% for all Visa and Mastercard transactions and 4% for all AMEX (American Express) card payments.

We can collect deposit or final payment from different payment cards, but for any more than 5 cards there will be an admin charge of 5 per additional card.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed on payment (as advised by us), followed by a booking email confirmation. Up to this point, no contract exists between you (the client), nor the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier. Prices and/or holiday details may change without notice until confirmation.

Winter Sports Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you must be covered by valid winter sports insurance for the duration of your holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance policy is adequate and suitable for all activities you undertake in resort. No liability will be accepted by us or your tour operator/hotelier for any clients travelling without adequate travel insurance.

To receive an insurance quote, please view the policy on our Ski Insurance page. This policy covers UK residents under 65 years old only and is subject to terms and conditions. Please ensure this policy meets your needs and the conditions of your tour operator before purchasing.

Ski Flights

The flight times given on booking your holiday are for general guidance only and are subject to change. The scheduled timings will be shown on your invoice, however, the actual flight times will be those shown on your tickets (which will be dispatched to you approximately 7-10 days before your holiday start date). You must therefore check your tickets very carefully, immediately upon receipt to ensure the flight details are correct. It is possible that flight times may change even after tickets have been issued - we will contact you as soon as possible if this occurs. Please note that the flight times are local times depending on arrival/departure airports.

We are not always in a position to confirm the airline or airport of destination that will be used in connection with any flight included in your arrangements. When this information is provided at the time of booking or subsequently, it is subject to change. Any such change will not entitle you to cancel or change to other arrangements without paying the normal charges.

If the holiday includes flights, the price shown is typically based on the cheapest UK departure airport (this is usually London, but not always). The flights are subject to availability.

Any regional flights seats bought in on your request are 100% non-refundable and therefore should you subsequently cancel these, the deposit paid will be retained, in addition to the applicable cancellation charge.

Group Details and Late Names

Following your holiday booking, it is essential that we have full details of all passengers, including full names (as per passport). This information needs to be provided by the Group Leader. As this information is required for ticketing, a charge will be applied to any late names or name change.

Final Balance

If the final balance is not received 12 weeks prior to the holiday start date, then we reserve the right to charge an admin fee of £10 per person per day (plus an additional charge of £25 for any further reminder notices issued).

Passport and Visa Requirements

It is the Group Leader's responsibility to ensure that each member of the group has a valid passport and relevant Visa (if applicable) to travel for the duration of the ski holiday. If you are unsure of your requirements then please consult with the relevant embassy before your holiday.

Change of Holiday Accommodation

If, for any reason, the accommodation booked cannot be offered, we will strive to find you alternative accommodation or offer you a full refund where appropriate. We cannot accept any liability for any other costs relating to the change of holiday details.

Cancelled Holidays

Very occasionally, Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier cancels holidays for reasons that are beyond our control. If this happens then you will be notified and a refund will be given as per the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier's Terms and Conditions. If required, we will try and find you a suitable alternative holiday. We cannot accept any liability for any other costs relating to a holiday cancellation.

Accuracy of Accommodation Information and Catering Descriptions

As we sell holidays on behalf of our Holiday/Tour Operators/Hoteliers, all accommodation descriptions are provided by them. The Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier will change their accommodation descriptions from time to time and we strive to keep our site updated using the latest description. This, however, cannot be guaranteed and regrettably errors do occasionally occur. Because we only use the information provided by the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier, we have no responsibility for the accuracy of this information or errors in any documentation, except where those errors were made by ourselves.

Accommodation descriptions may be updated at any time - you must therefore check all details of your holiday with us prior to booking.

Unfortunately certain facilities (such as TV, internet access, hot tubs etc) or certain in-resort services, offered as part of a holiday, cannot usually be guaranteed during your stay (due to technical faults or similar) or their use may be limited. The Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier usually strives to keep any disruption to an advertised facility or service to minimum but certain circumstances that prevent normal use may be beyond their control.

Ski Terms, Descriptions and Phrases

Different Tour Operators/Hoteliers use different terms and wording to describe their accommodation, catering, facilities and so on, therefore these often cannot be standardised across our website. Common examples:

  • "Ski in / ski out": Some Tour Operators/Hoteliers describe 'ski in/out' as being 'within 50-70 metres of the chalet in normal snow conditions'. Other Tour Operators/Hoteliers regard a ski in/out chalet as being within 5 metres from a piste. Please note that this term depends on the level of the skier, may not be a pisted route and is snow-condition depending. Please ensure that the location of the accommodation, taking into account your groups ability, is clarified, if this is an important factor in accommodation choice, before booking.
  • "En-suite / Private Facilities": These definitions differ from Operator to Operator. We generally regard this as a WC and/or sink and/or bath and/or shower directly adjoining the bedroom. 'Private facilities' does not necessarily mean en-suite but does imply that the bedroom in question has its own facilities, and, in usual circumstances, these facilities should not be needed to be used by the other guests in the chalet.
  • "Sole Use" / "Exclusive Use": If a property is booked on a 'sole use' basis, or for your 'exclusive use', you and your group will be the only guests staying in the property for the duration of your holiday. However, the staff/owner(s) may or may not live in the property.

You are therefore required to consult the Tour Operators Terms and Conditions for up-to-date terms and descriptions.

Special Requests

If any special requests or a particular facility or service is important (or essential) to your holiday enjoyment, this needs to be discussed and requested in writing to us BEFORE the time of booking, and our suppliers need to confirm with us that they can meet your request. We cannot guarantee that your request/s will be met and we will have no liability if these are not met.

Photos and Images

The accommodation photos and images used on this website have been provided by the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier and should be used for illustrative purposes only; we strive to keep the images as up-to-date as possible, but they may not be an exact representation of the accommodation due to recent refurbishments or re-designs. For accurate information regarding accommodation facilities, layout or decor, please speak to one of our sales representatives.

Maps and Locations

While Interactive Resorts and our suppliers have attempted to provide accurate information on our mapping, which we hope you will find useful, we cannot ensure that all the information will always be accurate and/or up-to-date. We and our suppliers can therefore accept no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by reliance on any information in this system. The information is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Please also refer to Google Maps Terms of Service. If you do find any inaccuracies in the mapping data and wish to inform us, please contact us. We may not be able to action the inaccuracy immediately, but we will endeavour to correct as appropriate.

Our Ratings

Our accommodation ratings are based on a scale of 1 - 6 (6 being the highest quality) and are intended to act as a guide only. We base our ratings on three main factors:

  1. Quality of the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier
  2. Facilities and condition of the property
  3. Location of the property

The rating given may be based upon our own subjective opinions or those of the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier. They are not an official rating.

The Travel Trust Association - 100% Financial Protection!

Every holiday where payment is made to Interactive Resorts Ltd. is fully bonded by the Travel Trust Association (TTA). The purpose of the TTA is to provide total consumer protection. All monies paid to us for your holiday is paid into our TTA Trust account. The Trust account is backed by a fidelity insurance which covers each passenger, details of this can be found on the TTA website. (The insurance is underwritten by AIG Europe Ltd, members of the American International Inc. Group who have assets exceeding US$100 billion). This essentially means that if we, Interactive Resorts Ltd. or the Holiday/Tour Operator/Hotelier go into receivership before you travel then you will not lose your money. Interactive Resorts' TTA number is U3453.
